Member & Visitor Terms

These short terms apply when you use a church's SermonWeek pages, phone app, emails or notifications. SermonWeek is run by [DECISION NEEDED: legal entity — Stacey Tam (individual) or SermonWeek LLC]. You never pay to use it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Who can use what

Anyone can read a church's public pages. To follow a church, turn on notifications or join emails you must be 13 or older. Prayer requests and Ask the Sermon are for adults 18+. If you're under 18, please use SermonWeek with a parent or guardian's OK.

Be kind and lawful

Use your church's SermonWeek page kindly and lawfully. Don't post others' private information, harass anyone, or try to reach data that isn't yours. We or your church may remove content or access that breaks these rules.

Not an emergency service

SermonWeek doesn't give pastoral, medical or legal advice, and AI answers can be wrong. Your church, not SermonWeek, is responsible for its pastoral care. Please know: pastors and church leaders may be required by law to report suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult, and may share information to keep someone safe. If someone is in danger, call 911. In a crisis, call or text 988. To report child abuse in Mississippi, call 1-800-222-8000.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click, turn notifications off in your browser or the app, and ask us or your church to delete your information.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the date and a summary of what changed, and the new version applies from then on.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact [DECISION NEEDED: support contact email, e.g. support@sermonweek.org] first and we'll try to fix it within 30 days. There is no forced arbitration; you can use small-claims court or the courts where the law allows. Mississippi law governs these terms, except where your state's law protects you more. To the extent the law allows, SermonWeek is provided "as is."
